Assessment is based upon performance feedback from multiple sources when using a 360 degree feedback system like MindSolve Visual Performance (MVP). The term employee assessment refers to feedback on an employee's performance usually against a standard set of competencies. In a multi-source employee assessment, feedback may come from peers, staff, internal customers, external customers, supervisors, and even the individual. Initially, employee assessments were conducted in writing and required laborious and time consuming procedures for the assessments to be successful.
